1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph333z ("ph333z," "we," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph333z online gaming platform available at ph333z.club and all related mobile interfaces, sub-domains, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including the PAGCOR exclusion registry or any equivalent register maintained by a competent authority;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ph333z or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or game suppliers.

ph333z conducts age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport — prior to your first withdrawal or at any time ph333z deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification to ph333z's satisfaction may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) ph333z account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses associated with all duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to notify ph333z immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ph333z shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All ph333z accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in PHP.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC identity verification to ph333z's satisfaction;
• A minimum of one (1) qualifying real-money wager on the Platform prior to the first withdrawal request;
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to accepted bonus funds;
• The withdrawal amount not exceeding the Player's available real-money balance (exclusive of locked bonus funds).

Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC") in accordance with Philippine law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph333z may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotions ("Bonuses") to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the Bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all Bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players as specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds;
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not converted within this period will expire and be removed from the Player's account;

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on ph333z's servers, the server-side result shall be definitive and binding. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph333z Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph333z reserves the right to confiscate all bonus balances and any winnings generated while the breach was ongoing. Real-money deposits not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable AML verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their ph333z account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC completion) will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

ph333z's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their ph333z account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph333z's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph333z, you agree to first contact ph333z's support team via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. ph333z will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or, where applicable, to the proper courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph333z reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ph333z will notify registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the ph333z Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
